 Reintroducing Carbohydrates into Your Diet

daily basis.
- Or have one piece of fruit every day.
- Or introduce one serving of a higher-density carbohydrate
from the “red” list in the Thermojetics® High-Protein, Low-Carb
Program Guide every other day.

list daily or one choice from the “red” list
every other day.
During the weight-loss phase when you are concentrating on
using Herbalife’s Thermojetics® High-Protein, Low-Carb Program
and exclusively eating from the “green” list in the guide, you are
consuming between 25 to 40 grams of carbohydrates a day.
When you add a “yellow” carbohydrate on a daily basis or a
“red” carbohydrate every other day, you are increasing your
carbohydrate intake to approximately 60 grams per day, which
should be fine for maintenance.
The key is to weigh yourself, pay attention to your appetite and
let your system slowly develop a new equilibrium with the
